GENERAL LABOURER / CONTRACTOR

Wage: $20-30/hour but willing to negotiate based on experience

Monday – Friday, no weekends, approximately 8-9 hour shifts

JJ Legacy Contracting is seeking a disciplined, hard-working and teachable labourer to join our team. Position is full-time and permanent. Work locations vary between Halton, Hamilton and Waterloo region. Please see below for requirements for the position:

– Access to a vehicle is required

– Minimum 2 years of working experience required

– Holds good leadership skills, independent and able to be left on a job site for extended periods

– Knowledgeable in drywall, flooring, trim work, deck and fence building, demolition, bathroom and kitchen installs, framing, painting etc.

– Careful attention to detail – Strong customer service skills, polite and positive attitude

– Post-secondary education an asset but not required

– Able to lift heavy objects for long periods of time

– Honest, reliable and punctual

– Confident in handling and operating various tools and equipment

– Must be eligible to work in Canada
