The homeowners are retired and living in their forever home. They didn’t want to move. They wanted a new space. Two bathrooms, worn out and tired, were the last thing holding the house back.

The main bathroom was the puzzle. Almost no square footage, and every inch had to earn its place. We moved the vanity to a different wall, swapped the door to an outswing to reclaim floor space, and moved the floor vent into the wall to clear the standing area. Then we filled the room with usable storage: a 36 inch vanity and a 24 inch linen closet. The other anchor was logistics. They needed a working toilet in the house, but wanted both bathrooms done at once. They moved out for week one while we pushed the powder room far enough to install a toilet by Friday, so they could move back in for the rest of the build. Four weeks total, both bathrooms fully finished, all custom cabinetry and tile work built to spec.
